Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale Technician Employee Referral Program

If you refer a qualified technician and they are hired at Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale by October 31, 2023, you will be receive a $2,500.00 referral bonus if the following terms are met:

- After the new employee completes one (1) month of employment, you will receive the first installment of $500.00.
- After the new employee completes three (3) months of employment, you will receive the second installment of $500.00.
- After the new employee completes six (6) months of employment, you will receive the third installment of $500.00.
- After the new employee completes twelve (12) months of employment, you will receive the final installment of $1,000.00.
- No part of the bonus will be paid unless the newly hired employee remains with the Company as specified above.
- The referring employee must be employed on the date the bonus is earned to be eligible for payment of the referral bonus.
- All employees are eligible to receive the referral bonus – with the exception of Human Resources and the direct hiring managers.

Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale Technician Employee Referral Program Submission Bonus

If you refer a qualified technician and they complete an online application by October 31, 2023, you will receive a $50.00 bonus, provided that the technician candidate you refer mentions your name on the application.
You will be paid as soon as administratively possible following the receipt of the qualified application. The bonus will not be paid for referred candidates who are not qualified.
$1,000 will be awarded to the team member referring the most qualified technician candidates but must have 3 or more qualified referrals to win.
$500 will be awarded to the team member referring the second highest number of qualified technician candidates but must have 2 or more qualified referrals to win.
$250 will be awarded to the team member referring the third highest number of qualified technician candidates but must have 2 or more qualified referrals to win.
This bonus will be paid on the next paycheck following October 31, 2023.
