This was our first service appointment at the dealership. My wife and I were given some free tire rotation coupons at the time of purchase and we purchased the extended maintenance package at purchase. When I scheduled online I requested an oil change and rotation. When we got to the shop the advisor told me the free rotation card was just a coupon and to use it I would have to pay $130 for a balance and rotation and the coupon would knock off $30. I bought my 2022 VW Taos from Bill Jacobs VW. The car was in an accident on March 3, 2025, and it is still not repaired due to a part on backorder with no ETA. Always a great experience at Bill Jacobs MINI! The staff is friendly, fast, and never pushy. They offer coffee, snacks, TV, and WiFi while you wait. This time I used their loaner service—super easy and seamless. My tire was replaced same-day, and I was even able to pick up my car after 5pm with no hassle. They eventually refused to process the EV tax credit in the IRS website and told me to give them a couple of days to click a box. I picked up the same car down the street at Old Orchard Nissan 2 hours later. If you don't want to sell the car, then don't waste my time!
