Requesting Monetary Donations:

When requesting a monetary donation please follow the guidelines below:

• All requests that qualify will be reviewed & fulfilled on a first come first served basis
• All requests must be made in writing on event letterhead and submitted electronically to us at least 4 weeks prior to the deadline

FOR IN-KIND DONATIONS:

When requesting an In-Kind donation please follow the guidelines below:
Provide a letter or flyer with the following information…

1. Event Description
2. Event date, location, and expected attendance
3. Any pertinent information regarding the benefiting charity or event

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS

For Corporate Event Sponsorships, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Benefits to sponsoring organization
2. Event date, location, and expected attendance
3. Any pertinent information regarding the benefiting charity or event

APPROVALS/DECLINES  OF REQUESTS

All items submitted are subject to review by our executive leadership team. All responses are approved or declined and the decision will be communicated to you by the submission contact. All requests would ideally be submitted 4 weeks prior to the deadline.
