Team Member Referral Program

Bill Jacobs Motorsport wants your help in hiring the best to join our team. In the spirit of our core value excellence, team members can help our organization identify and hire quality candidates for available positions.

The team member referral program is designed to increase the number of candidates for available positions, while rewarding current team members with an up to $500 bonus for referring their family, friends, neighbors and acquaintances who are hired.

Providing a referral for an applicant is not a guarantee that the individual will receive an interview or be selected for a position at Bill Jacobs Motorsport. Also, those involved in the hiring team (interviewing and selection process) for the specific job will not qualify for the referral bonus.

If you refer a person and they are hired at any of our locations, you will be eligible for a $500.00 bonus if the following terms are met:

• After the new team member completes three (3) months of active employment, you will receive the first installment of $250 on the next applicable pay cycle.
• After the new team member completes six (6) months of active employment, you will receive the second installment of $250 on the next applicable pay cycle.
• No part of the bonus will be paid unless the newly hired team member remains with the Company as specified above.
• The referring team member must be employed on the date the bonus is earned to be eligible for payment of the referral bonus.

Special Referral Bonus for Technicians

If you refer a person and they are hired at any of our locations, you will be eligible for a $1,000.00 bonus if the following terms are met:

• After the new team member completes three (3) months of active employment, you will receive the first installment of $500 on the next applicable pay cycle.
• After the new team member completes six (6) months of active employment, you will receive the second installment of $500 on the next applicable pay cycle.
• No part of the bonus will be paid unless the newly hired team member remains with the Company as specified above.
• The referring team member must be employed on the date the bonus is earned to be eligible for payment of the referral bonus.
