Bill Jacobs Victory Lap Recognition Program

PURPOSE

Bill Jacobs Motorsport values the contributions, knowledge and experience of long-term team members. In appreciation of this dedicated service, Bill Jacobs Motorsport recognizes team members as they reach milestone anniversaries of employment.

ELIGIBILITY

Full-time, active team members become eligible for a service award in the year in which they complete 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of service.

SERVICE AWARD PROCEDURES

All team members will receive the same gift upon the achievement of 5 years of service, which is currently a steering wheel keychain branded with “Bill Jacobs Motorsport.” The 5-year gift offered to team members may change at the discretion of the Company and/or based on availability. Further awards are provided in five-year increments beginning with the 10th-year of service. Please see the gift catalog and order form for more information.
