Bill Jacobs Motorsport values the contributions, knowledge and experience of long-term team members. In appreciation of this dedicated service, Bill Jacobs Motorsport recognizes team members as they reach milestone anniversaries of employment.
Full-time, active team members become eligible for a service award in the year in which they complete 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of service.
All team members upon their achievement of 5 years of service will be eligible to select an anniversary merchandise from the official manufacturer websites. Team members may select either one item or a combination of items, provided the total does not exceed $200. The 5-year gift offered to team members may change at the discretion of the Company and/or based on availability. Further awards are provided in five-year increments beginning with the 10th-year of service. Please see the gift catalog and order form for more information.
